The SouthStars SC and MSA Soccer Academy is open to players ages 7-12 the following Fall (birth year 2017 thru 2013) as a supplemental program to help young players improve their individual soccer skills, gain better recognition of the tactical aspects of the game, and prepare them for more competitive game play such as select soccer. Recreational players interested in SouthStars SC are encouraged to attend.
Normal registration for the 2024 Spring Academy ends on April 14th 2023, or when the registration cap of 50 is reached (whichever comes first).
The registration fee is $75 per child. Registration fees include an Academy shirt (only if registered by 4/5/2024 deadline, shirts cannot be provided for late registration) and 4 weeks of training sessions. Training sessions are run by SouthStars SC coaches with assistance provided by the Miamisburg High School Varsity soccer teams. The Academy will run on Mondays and Tuesdays from April 15th – May 6th. Sessions are expected to run from 6-8pm.
